Lanfear a.k.a Sakuya was born in the middle class.
Her parents both working in order to make ends meet.
It was quickly apparent that she sticks to her studies.
Doing just that, she was marked as a genius by the age of ten.
The word was let out and soon her parents had multiple visitors.
One in particular stuck out to her parents, the military. They wanted her to help them on a special project and offered her parents an obscene amount of money, which of course, they accepted. They needed it to feed their addiction.
When that "special project" was over and she wasn't needed as their toy, she got shipped to R&D then to the experimental ward. Serum after serum would be injected, she would end up being the perfect solider. She was sixteen at the time when those were done. When she was eighteen, they started removing the abilities with new serums. They messed up in not delivering a full dose, so she is left with cat-like reflexes.
She has been on the run for the last six months with no signs of the military after her... yet.
